Foundation (FGV Law School) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ihre Forschung untersucht wie Finanzregulierung die digitale und finanzielle inklusion von Frauen fördern kann, mit einem Fokus auf Brasilien. Sie ist Dozentin an der FGV Law School, hält einen Master in Law and Public Policy der Universität Rio de Janeiro (Unirio) und einen Bachelorabschluss der FGV Law School. Paula war Gastwissenschaftlerin beim IPE von April bis Oktober 2024
