Ümit Akcay

Ümit Akcay, Professor für Volkswirtschaftslehre, ist seit 2017 Gastdozent an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht, Berlin und Forscher am IPE. Zwischen 2016 und 2017 war er an der Istanbul Bilgi University, Atılım University and METU in der Türkei tätig. Zuvor war er am Department of Politics sowie am MEIS an der New York University von 2012 bis 2015 und am Department of Economics der Ordu University in der Türkei von 2009 bis 2012. Er hat an der Marmara University, Türkei, in Entwicklungsökonomie promoviert.
